We are an accredited healthcare training provider in the UK, offering flexible, customised training sessions designed to meet organisational requirements and improve outcomes for service users. Our training is tailored, engaging, and aligned with current best practices in health and social care.

P&P Smart Training Ltd was founded by a dedicated couple, Afolabi and Deborah, who are enthusiastic about learning and development. With over 30 years of combined hands-on experience in Health & Social Care spanning private healthcare services and the Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, they apply a wealth of experience to ensure each programme is practical, relevant, and impactful.

As a UK-registered training company, we were established with compassion and a clear vision: to enhance learners’ skills, boost professional confidence, and contribute to raising standards across the care sector. We adopt modern training strategies that promote active participation and continuous improvement.
